Tartine Ricotta, huile d’olive, sauge & citron
Pour l’huile d’olive à la sauge et au citron :
500ml d’huile d’olive
2 belles branches de sauge fraiche
Le zest d’un citron (coupé en gros zeste comme si on épluchait le citron)
Pour la tartine :
Une tranche de Morgenbrod
De la ricotta fraîche
Un filet d’huile d’olive sauge & citron
/ Dans une bouteille propre et sèche, glissez les brins de sauge et le zeste du citron. Recouvrir d’huile d’olive. Fermez hermétiquement et laissez mariner si possible 2 semaines avant usage (pour un gout plus prononcé).
/ Pour la tartine : Sur une tartine de pain Morgenbrod, tartinez un peu de ricotta fraiche. Puis ajoutez un filet d’huile. Dégustez avec un thé à la bergamote.

Ricotta, olive oil, sage & lemon tartine
For the olive oil with sage and lemon:
500ml olive oil
2 beautiful branches of fresh sage
The zest of a lemon (cut into large peels)
For the tartine:
One slice of Morgenbrod
Fresh ricotta cheese
A drizzle of sage & lemon olive oil
/ In a clean, dry bottle, place the sage sprigs and lemon peel. Cover with olive oil. Close tightly and let marinate if possible 2 weeks before use (for a more pronounced taste).
/ On a slice of Morgenbrod bread, spread a little fresh ricotta. Then add a drizzle of oil. Enjoy with a bergamot tea.
