Pour 2 personnes :
1 yaourt de soja ou un yaourt grec de brebis
½ gousse d’ail
50g de betterave cuite et rapée
1 filet de jus de citron
Herbes fraiches : aneth, menthe et persil
1 c.à .s d’huile d’olive
Sel et poivre
2 tranches de Morgenbrod
Mélangez les ingrédients du tzatziki et disposez sur les tartines. Ajoutez quelques herbes fraiches et dégustez !

1 soy yogurt or Greek sheep yogurt
½ garlic clove
50g cooked and grated beetroot
1 dash of lemon juice
Fresh herbs: dill, mint and parsley
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 slices of Morgenbrod
Mix tzatziki’s ingredients and arrange them on the toast. Add some fresh herbs and enjoy!
